Кепі — інструмент для звички та нагадувань. План, підказки, описи саплементів, ліміти й челенджі мають загальний інформаційний характер. Вони не є медичною порадою, діагнозом чи лікуванням і не замінюють консультацію лікаря або фармацевта.

• Перед початком прийому будь-якого саплементу порадься з лікарем, особливо якщо ти вагітна чи годуєш, приймаєш ліки або маєш хронічні захворювання.
• Завжди дотримуйся дозування на етикетці конкретного продукту. Ліміти в застосунку — орієнтир, а не гарантія безпеки.
• Якщо почуваєшся погано, звернись до лікаря. У невідкладному стані телефонуй 103 (Україна) або 112.

Ти сам вирішуєш, що і в якій дозі приймати, і несеш за це відповідальність.

Kepi is a habit and reminder tool. Plans, tips, supplement descriptions, limits and challenges are general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and don’t replace a doctor or pharmacist.

• Talk to a doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a chronic condition.
• Always follow the dosage on the label of your product. Limits in the app are a guide, not a guarantee of safety.
• If you feel unwell, see a doctor. In an emergency call 112 (or your local emergency number).

You decide what to take and in what dose, and you are responsible for that decision.

• Доступні тарифи: Рік (із 3 безкоштовними днями для нових користувачів), Місяць і Назавжди (одноразова покупка). Актуальні ціни показуються в застосунку перед покупкою і можуть відрізнятися залежно від країни.
• Оплата списується з твого Apple ID після підтвердження покупки. Для тарифу «Рік» — після завершення безкоштовного періоду, якщо ти не скасуєш його до того.
• Підписка продовжується автоматично на такий самий період за тією ж ціною, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Оплата за продовження списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
• Керувати підпискою й скасувати автопродовження можна в Параметри → [твоє ім’я] → Підписки. Після скасування доступ зберігається до кінця оплаченого періоду.
• Невикористана частина безкоштовного періоду втрачається, якщо ти купуєш підписку до його завершення.
• Повернення коштів розглядає Apple відповідно до своїх правил: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Знижка за пройдений квіз діє обмежений час, показаний у застосунку.

• Available plans: Yearly (with a 3-day free trial for new users), Monthly and Lifetime (one-time purchase). Current prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. For the Yearly plan, after the free trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• The quiz-completion discount is available for the limited time shown in the app.

Ми надаємо тобі особисту, невиключну, непередавану ліцензію користуватися Кепі для некомерційних цілей на пристроях Apple, якими ти володієш або керуєш, відповідно до Правил використання App Store. Застосунок, персонаж Кепі, скіни, тексти та дизайн належать нам.

Не можна копіювати, змінювати, розбирати чи перепродавати застосунок або використовувати його незаконно.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kepi for non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. The app, the Kepi character, skins, texts and design belong to us.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it unlawfully.

• Ця угода укладена між тобою та нами, а не з Apple. За застосунок і його вміст відповідаємо ми, а не Apple.
• Apple не зобов’язана надавати підтримку чи обслуговування застосунку. З питаннями звертайся до нас.
• Якщо застосунок не відповідає застосовній гарантії, ти можеш повідомити Apple, і Apple може повернути вартість покупки. Інших гарантійних зобов’язань щодо застосунку Apple не має.
• Претензії щодо застосунку (відповідність законам, захист прав споживачів, порушення прав інтелектуальної власності третіх осіб) розглядаємо ми, а не Apple.
• Ти підтверджуєш, що не перебуваєш у країні під ембарго уряду США і не внесений до списків заборонених осіб США.
• Користуючись Кепі, ти дотримуєшся умов сторонніх сервісів, наприклад умов твого оператора зв’язку.
• Apple та її дочірні компанії є третіми особами-вигодонабувачами цієї угоди й можуть вимагати її виконання.

Також діє стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple у частині, що не суперечить цим умовам.

• This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Contact us instead.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• We, not Apple, handle any claims relating to the app, including legal compliance, consumer protection and third-party intellectual property claims.
• You confirm you aren’t located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and aren’t on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as your mobile carrier’s, when using Kepi.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it.

Apple’s Standard EULA also applies where it doesn’t conflict with these terms.
